Design Change : Delrin

As part of our continual improvement program, we have revised the design of several of our self-clinching, self-aligning delrin bearings.

We are replacing the current 2 part crimped assembly with a 3 part roll-over assembly. The net result is a better engineered solution with a more secure Delrin bearing insert.

***Bearings .312" / 8mm diameter and smaller remain a 2-part design.***

There are no outer dimensional changes from those quoted by us in the current design; therefore, we do not anticipate any problems in “dropping in the new design”. The appearance changes are below to familiarize you. The change over will take effect March 1, 2005.
